Today, Charlotte leads a specialist team delivering bespoke security solutions across the UK. She works directly with clients ranging from regional property developers to national housing associations, bringing the same rigour and personal accountability to every +engagement, regardless of portfolio size.

Charlotte holds a strong track record in operational delivery under pressure — including rapid response engagements for insolvency practitioners requiring same-day property securing and compliance documentation. Her approach is straightforward: understand the risk, design the right solution, and deliver it without fail.

Outside of client work, Charlotte is an active advocate for raising standards across the vacant property security sector, regularly contributing to industry forums and guiding the development of RemoteZone's client reporting portal.
